4. Ad Approval: HetCash reserves the right to approve or reject any advertisement submitted by Advertisers. Advertisements must comply with our guidelines and policies, which may be updated from time to time.

5. Payment Terms: Advertisers agree to pay HetCash for advertising services as per the agreed terms. Publishers will receive payment for displaying advertisements on their websites based on the agreed revenue sharing model.

6. Content Responsibility: Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their advertisements. HetCash does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any advertisement displayed through our network.

7. Privacy: HetCash respects the privacy of its users. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.

8. Prohibited Activities: Users of HetCash agree not to engage in any activity that violates these terms and conditions, infringes upon the rights of others, or is illegal or unethical.

1.  Ad Campaigns: Refunds for unused funds in HetCash Advertising accounts are available within 7 days of initial deposit or purchase, excluding setup or management fees; processing and dispute resolution conditions apply.

2. Billing Disputes: Advertisers must notify HetCash Advertising in writing within 7 days of the charge if there is a billing dispute. HetCash Advertising will investigate the dispute and may issue a refund if the charge is found to be erroneous or unauthorized.

3. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

4. No Refund: HetCash Advertising does not provide refunds for advertisements that have already been displayed or for any portion of services that have already been rendered, unless otherwise determined by HetCash Advertising in its sole discretion.
